Refund Policy

At My-AL, we hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alterations, stains, perfume or removed tags may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where legally permitted. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
